How WhatsApp job alerts work
Enter your role and cityAny job title works — from software developer to teacher, nurse or sales executive. City is optional.
Send one WhatsApp messageWhatsApp opens with "job alerts <role> in <city>" typed for you. Tap Send — that's your subscription.
Get fresh jobs every morningToday's matching jobs arrive straight away, then a fresh list each morning with only jobs you haven't seen.
Why job alerts on WhatsApp beat job portals
Good openings fill fast, and early applicants are often the first to be seen. Checking several portals every day takes time; a short WhatsApp message each morning brings the new openings to you.
- Only your role. Alerts are matched to the job title you choose — and to your skills if you've built your resume with us — so you don't wade through irrelevant listings.
- Only new jobs. You won't get the same listing twice.
- No groups. Unlike WhatsApp job groups, your number isn't visible to anyone and there are no forwards or spam.
- One-tap search links. Each alert also links to the last 24 hours of jobs for your role on Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
Get your resume ready before you apply
A daily alert is only half the job — the resume you send decides whether you get the call. Use the free resume builder to create an ATS-friendly resume, check it with the free ATS score checker, and practise with interview prep before the interview.
Frequently asked questions
Are these WhatsApp job alerts free?
Yes. Job alerts are completely free. You only send one WhatsApp message to subscribe, and you can stop anytime by replying "stop alerts".
How do I get daily job alerts on WhatsApp?
Enter the role you want (and a city, if you like) above and tap "Get alerts on WhatsApp". WhatsApp opens with your request typed — tap Send. You'll get today's matching jobs straight away and a fresh list every morning.
Which jobs will I get?
Fresh openings for your role and city from Indian job listings, ranked by how well they match your role — and your skills, if you've built your resume with us. You also get one-tap links to the last 24 hours of jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
How many messages will I get?
One message a day, in the morning, and only when there are new jobs you haven't been sent before. No groups, no forwards, no spam.
How do I change my role or city, or stop alerts?
Send "job alerts <role> in <city>" to change it — for example "job alerts data analyst in Bangalore". Reply "stop alerts" to stop. You can switch them back on any time.
Do I need a resume?
No. Alerts work with just a role. If you build your resume on Resume For You, alerts are also matched to your skills, and you can apply with a polished, ATS-friendly resume.
Is my number shared with anyone?
No. Your number is used only to send you the alerts you asked for. It is not added to any group, and other users can't see it.
