These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Resume For You at resume4u.help ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Resume For You is a free, AI-assisted tool to build resumes, cover letters and portfolio websites. Building, editing and previewing are free. A PDF download is an optional one-time purchase of ₹9 (India) or $0.99 (international). Word download is free.

2. Accounts

You can use the builder without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and lets you save your work to the cloud. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A successful PDF purchase grants download access for 24 hours. Prices are shown before payment. Please also read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the information and documents you create ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited permission needed to process and store Your Content solely to provide the Service.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated text is a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content for accuracy before using it. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including job interviews or offers.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to enter false information about another person.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its payment system.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, templates and branding are owned by Resume For You and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume For You is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
