Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the optional PDF download purchase (₹9 / $0.99) on resume4u.help. Building, editing and previewing your resume are always free.

1. Digital product — general policy

The PDF download is a digital product delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because it is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Goodwill exception

We want you to get what you paid for. If your payment succeeded but the PDF did not download or generate correctly, or you were charged more than once for the same download, contact us within 7 days and we will either fix the issue or issue a full refund.

3. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp with:

  1. The email or phone used at checkout, and
  2. The Razorpay payment ID or a screenshot of the payment.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (the exact time depends on your bank).

5. Cancellation

The purchase is a one-time payment for a single download — there is no subscription or recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
